Rev. Fred Hartley, IV is the Church Relations Director of the College of Prayer, and spoke on the persecuted church.

The College of Prayer exists to mentor, train and equip pastors and Christian leaders to reach a lost world through a revived church. We do this around the world by using our three-year, life-transforming, biblical curriculum. Every campus creates an environment where leaders are led to a fresh encounter with Christ. Our ministry is receiving invitations on a monthly basis to establish campuses in new countries. In order to keep up with this growth, we are seeking local churches in North America that will decide to partner with a College of Prayer International Regional or Local Church Campus. A church partnership allows a local church to connect with another region of the world, to see God work, and not just build buildings, but to impact an entire region because leaders are being revived.
