Deborah is the first biblical character that is both a judge and a prophet. She is also an amazing type of the Holy Spirit as she counsels all of Israel. She hears the word of the Lord regarding Israel’s deliverance and prompts Barak to go after Sisera. Her song in Judges 5 speaks of “Kingdom of God” declarations.
