Jesus tells us not to act righteous to be noticed by men. This follows this follows Jesus' command to "Be Perfect as our Father in Heaven is Perfect." Being perfect is living according to the integrity of how we were designed by God to have our body, soul, and spirit in complete unity with our creator. Paul takes this idea further when he states that we should count every thing that is valuable to us as rubbish in comparison to our ability to be "found in Him!"
