As a result of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic and the resulting government announcements, the Elders have announced that Agape Fellowship will follow the guidelines of no more than 10 persons meeting at a time. This action is out of compassion for persons most at risk as well as doing our part to lessen the impact of the disease on the limited resources of our community hospitals and health systems.

Therefore, all Sunday morning services including worship and Sunday School focus groups are suspended for an indefinite period of time. Meetings of all outside groups using the Agape facilities are canceled through at least the end of March. Other small groups of 10 or less will decide on a case by case basis.

Online worship alternatives will be explored and will be announced as available. In the meantime, worshipers are encouraged to explore other churches’ online worship services already available, worship music videos, and Biblical preaching online.

To maintain our body life as a congregation, the Elders are developing a plan in which each person or household attending Agape has contact with an Elder or other church leader on a regular basis. If you wish to be a part of that regular contact plan or to be added to an email list for weekly announcements and updates, please contact the church office at 570-326-5924 or Most of all, let us continue in prayer for the church and the world as a whole.
