This is the real October 4th sermon.

Repentance is the action we take to align our souls to God and His kingdom. It takes an openness to giving God full access to our heart through being broken. Brokenness is experiencing the pulverizing work of God on my self-centered heart! Nineveh had a contrite heart towards God while Jonah, through his selfish understanding of God’s favor on him, did not. I find that many times I’m more like Jonah than I care to believe.
